Mark has been our IT specialist for over 25 years. I have worked closely with him on many installations. Sometimes after hours or even on a Saturday. He has helped us with purchasing & installing our file server, workstations, printers, etc. His first priority is to always make sure we are operating as efficiently & economically as possible. If a problem arises I can call, text or email him and usually get a response within an hour or less. When appropriate he can connect remotely to resolve an issue often after our business hours so that we have minimum down time.

Recently on a Friday afternoon our internet connection was down. Our provider installed a new modem but our IT person had to make some changes so that we could reconnect. I texted Mark “Urgent please call me” and within 5-10 minutes he called. He was at our office within the hour and had us up & connected again in less than an hour. Linda T.

Mark has been our computer support person since 1994. He has provided service in a very efficient and effective manner. His response to our problems is always in a timely manner even if he is away and is out of State. Over the years there have been many issues that have occurred with the company’s computer system involving network, wiring and many other issues. Mark’s expertise, knowledge and quality of work of computer systems has kept our systems running without any major loss of time.

Last year we installed a new computer system from a third party programmer. Mark was at our shop for every meeting and helped us develop a computer system that would function based upon our needs. He helped us purchase the proper equipment and was involved in communicating with the programmer on our behalf many times during the planning stages. When the conversion occurred from our old system to our new system, Mark was here every day until the company and our employees had a full understanding of how to operate the system and were able to work without any issues. I have gone thru many upgrades and changes thru the years but with Mark’s expertise and understanding of the Company’s needs and the new software the transition was a complete success. Without Mark being involved in the whole process of the new computer system I believe the transition would not have been as smooth as it was.

Mark has also done some personal work on my computer at home. He is always available for assistance whether it walking you through a problem at home or repairing my PC.
